Focus And Flashlights

Imagine I hold up a drawing in a large room with one single lamp in the ceiling that dimly lights up the room.

Let's say that nobody is be able to see the clear details of the drawing I hold up.

If I were to ask everyone "do you see what's on the drawing?" everyone would answer the same way:

"No, there is not enough light."

And that would perhaps appear to be the correct answer.

But it's not.

It's not that there isn't enough light.

It's that the light isn't directed towards the drawing.

It's directed towards the entire room.

But If I were to grab a flashlight and confine that same power from the small lamp and direct all of it towards the drawing, everyone would see it with ease.

We all have enough light.

Even the people who seem to have very little of it.

Most people have 100 different ideas pulling their attention.

100% of their available light directed towards 100 different things.

1% towards everything, and nothing becomes visible.

Total loss of control.

Direct the light inside of you towards the areas of your life that truly matter.
