How To Continuously Feel Better

The brain only gets stimulated when that which stimulates it was absent or lesser than before.

You only get stimulated by entertainment if there was a lack of entertainment beforehand.

You only feel happy or excited when that which excites you was absent beforehand.

There is also the law of entropy, which states that everything is in constant movement, and if it is not moving in alignment with growth, it slowly dies.

With these two fundamental concepts in mind, the only way to continuously feel better is to improve and to achieve better results that make your life better.

The idea that you will reach some end state where you are happy all the time is false.

Your mind will adapt, and it will naturally look for ways to grow.

And if you don't pursue growth or improvement, your mind is on its way down.

This is why many people who seem to live "good" lives start to think negatively.

Become continuously better.

Become more of what you already are.

Develop greater and deeper relationships than you already have.

Strive towards goals that stretch your imagination.

And you will always feel good.
