It's Never Too Much
If someone asked you to work for 30 minutes, you would have no problem.
You are used to working 8 hours.
Thirty minutes is nothing.
But watch what happens when you start to consciously make it difficult.
"Okay, I need to focus for 30 minutes straight."
You check the clock after five minutes.
You become conscious of every email you type, every tab you open, every small effort your body is making.
You start narrating the struggle to yourself.
You tell yourself over and over again that working these 30 minutes is exceptionally difficult.
And suddenly 30 minutes feels a lot harder than it should.
Nothing changed except this one thing:
What you believe and think.
The idea of being "tired" or "out of energy" is false.
The human body stores enough energy to run a marathon for over 100 hours straight.
Don't even try to convince yourself that you are built for whatever you need to do.
You just are.
