Lead From the Front

The most important leadership quality is this: 

Handling more pain (stress, fear, more worked hours, etc) than your employees. 

Some business owners struggle with hiring the right people. 

Here's the real problem:

You're not working hard enough.

You're not being brave enough.

You're not adopting enough stress.

You don't have enough of a large vision.

When you work your ass off, employees see it want to work hard as well.

But when you're acting as a dictator just giving out orders to everyone, that's when people slow down and dislike working for you.
