Momentum and Airplanes

It takes the most energy for a plane to leave the ground. First it has to start moving.

Then it has to accelerate.

Then it has to generate enough lift to get airborne.

Once it's in the air, everything changes.

Momentum takes over.

Life works the same way.

Starting is the hardest part.

Building new habits is hard.

Creating a new lifestyle is hard.

But once you stay consistent long enough, what once felt difficult starts to feel natural.

And then it just becomes who you are.

So if it's hard right now—but still manageable—don't assume it will always feel this way.

You're likely in the phase that requires the most energy.

Keep going.

Momentum is coming.
