Birthrate of the Universe

The birthrate of the universe is purposeful growth.

That is the purpose behind everything that exists - purposeful growth.

Purposeful means aligned with what Nature, God, or the Universe seeks to manifest.

Growth means becoming more fully realized—more capable, more complex, or more complete in being.

If we can understand this truth intellectually and emotionally, we also start to understand that struggle and hardship serve a massive proportion of life.

When something grows...

It must stretch. 

It must be broken down in order to be rebuilt.

It must do something new in order to be created into something new.

It must change.

Do not enjoy pain just for the sake of enjoying it, but for the sake of understanding that experiencing pain, fear and struggle is a literal sign of growth. 

Feeling pain or discomfort is proof that you are living.

As soon as something is easy and doesn't challenge you or hurt you anymore, you actually stop growing.

Which means you also stop living.
