Pressure

Nothing of true value in this universe was formed in comfort.

Diamonds are created under extreme heat and pressure deep within the earth over billions of years. Remove the pressure and you have coal.

Pearls are formed when an irritant enters an oyster. The oyster responds by wrapping itself around the discomfort, layer by layer, until something extraordinary emerges from what was originally pain.

Stars are born when clouds of gas collapse under their own gravitational pressure until the pressure becomes so intense that nuclear fusion ignites and light is born.

The human body grows stronger under pressure. Bones become denser when stressed. Muscles only grow when they are first broken down. The heart becomes more efficient the harder it is trained.

Evolution itself is driven entirely by pressure. Species do not evolve in stable comfortable environments. They evolve ONLY when something threatens their survival.

Even the immune system evolves under pressure. When exposed to a virus the body builds antibodies.

Pressure is not the enemy of greatness.

It is the prerequisite for it.

Whatever pressure you are currently under, do not resist it.

You are being formed.

Let yourself form into something absolutely exceptional.
