Treating People With Respect

Always make sure you treat people with respect. 

You can say yes respectfully.

You can say no respectfully. 

But if you let your ego get to your head and you start to treat people like crap, you are ruining your reputation. 

You have no idea if the person you treated like shit last year could be your boss 5-10 years from now.

It is likely? Not really.

But is it possible? Absolutely.

People remember when they've been treated poorly.
